Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Hodoron (https://hodoron.com), an exam-prep e-learning platform. General contact: info@hodoron.com. Billing questions: billing@hodoron.com.

By creating an account or using Hodoron, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Hodoron. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your username. Usernames cannot be changed after onboarding.

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, violate these Terms, or create risk for other users or the service.

Use Hodoron for learning and sharing quality study materials. Do not:

• Disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Scrape data at scale or bypass access controls
• Harass others or upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Misuse payments, credits, or referral mechanics

You retain ownership of materials and other content you upload. By publishing on Hodoron, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the product.

You represent that you have the rights to share what you upload and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Credits are a virtual currency used on Hodoron to unlock materials, features, or other in-platform value. Credits have no cash value outside Hodoron, are not redeemable for money, and are non-transferable except as the product explicitly allows.

Purchases of credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered, except where required by applicable law or where a payment is successfully disputed or reversed through Stripe. Unused credits remain associated with your account subject to these Terms and any stated expiration rules we communicate in the product.

Hodoron offers paid subscriptions such as Plus and Pro, billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Features included in each plan are described on the pricing or credits pages and may change over time.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds for subscription fees are handled case by case and as required by law or Stripe's dispute processes. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Creators may earn in-platform credits from sales or usage of their materials, as configured in the product. Earnings are credited to your Hodoron wallet as virtual credits unless we separately offer a cash payout program (for example via Stripe Connect).

There is no guarantee of cash withdrawal unless and until such a payout feature is explicitly launched and you meet its eligibility rules. We may adjust earning rates, fees, or eligibility to protect the marketplace and comply with law.

Hodoron's branding, software, and platform design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service. Your own content remains yours, subject to the license above.

Hodoron is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or that materials are complete or exam-aligned for every curriculum.

Learning outcomes depend on your own effort. We do not guarantee exam results, grades, or professional outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filip Surjomartono (OSVČ), operating Hodoron and Hodoron are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) EUR 50, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory Czech or EU consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence within the EU/EEA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated in the product or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
